The collection of the Smart #1 worked well, communication was great once mobile numbers were exchanged. The Smart EV was a great drive performed seamlessly on both freeways and country highways. I charged the Smart #1 twice on Tesla superchargers once at Yass and once at Tuggeranong with no problems. Return of the Smart EV was also seem less. Overall my trip around the Riverina was excellent.

The whole experience was pretty chaotic, the car that was advertised (a Smart #3 EV) was not the car they actually had... instead we were offered a much smaller (but admittedly very nice) Smart #1, which was too small to fit all our luggage for a short intrastate trip. Customer service was slow and ill-informed, and organising an extension of two days on the car took the better part of two hours of texting, calling, waiting, and then still having the extension booking times wrong in the system (requiring more calling, messaging, waiting, etc). Whatever the opposite of slick is, that's the best description of our experience with UR Drive.
