Book your car
In order to book a car you must have an evee account. Have your credit card and driver’s licence ready so that we can verify you. evee will also verify your mobile phone via SMS.
How Payment Works
- The full rental fee is authorised on your credit card when requesting a booking. You will only be charged once the booking is confirmed.
- The security deposit is authorised 24 hours before start of the rental period and will be released after the vehicle has been returned undamaged.

Organise the Pick-up
Once your booking is confirmed, we share your contact details with the Host and the Host’s details with you. You can message them to arrange a time and exact location to pick up the car. At the time of pick up, take photos of the inside and outside of the car for your records and make sure to note any existing damage.

Return the Car
To return the car, arrange an exact location and time with the Host. Once again, take photos of the inside and outside of the car for your records. Make sure you leave a review to let other renters know about your experience with the Host and the vehicle.
