The evee Referral Program (“The Program”) allows Users to earn promotional coupon credits (“evee Credits”) toward future bookings by referring friends to become new users on evee.
To participate, Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the evee Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the evee Terms and Conditions.
How to Earn Referral evee Credits
Users can earn evee Credits if: (i) a referred friend applies their referral coupon code at checkout to request a Qualifying Booking that complies with our Terms and Conditions; and (ii) the referred friend completes a Qualifying Booking (as defined below).
The referring User will be credited with the evee Credit amount(s) specified for each type of reservation in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials after the completion of the referred friend’s Qualifying Booking.
The maximum evee Credit that can be earned per User will be $2,000 AUD total made by referred friends, unless indicated otherwise in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
Qualifying Bookings
A Qualifying Booking must by the user’s first booking and have the minimum total value (excluding additional fees, insurance charges or taxes) indicated in the referral invitation, accompanying promotional materials or evee website for that type of reservation. The Qualifying Booking must be booked and paid for via the evee platform, and the referred friend must complete the stay or the experience before the referring User can receive evee Credits. A reservation will not be considered a Qualifying Booking, and therefore no evee Credits will be earned if the reservation is cancelled at any time.
Redeeming evee Credits
evee Credits may only be redeemed via the evee Platform. Once earned, evee Credits will appear as evee Credit on the referring User’s checkout page, but you may need to enter a code at checkout to redeem the credit. evee Credits must be used within one year from the date they are issued, after which they will expire. evee Credits are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash. evee Credits may not be applied to a reservation of 28 days or more.
evee Credits may not be earned by creating multiple evee Accounts. evee Credits accrued in separate evee accounts may not be combined into one evee account.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of evee Credits, please contact us. evee may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at evee’s sole discretion.
You are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of evee Credits. Where applicable, evee may be required to account for GST on any services for which the evee Credits are redeemed.
Sharing Referral Links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Users are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Users are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
Referral codes and links should not be solicited after the first reservation has been made.
Referred Friends
Referred friends who have used a referral coupon code will also receive credit in the form of a credit in the amount(s) indicated in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials that can be used on their next Qualifying Booking on evee. Coupon codes that are not automatically applied must be entered during checkout. Coupon codes may not be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or combined with other evee referral programs or incentives. Each coupon code may only be used on www.evee.com.au in conjunction with the booking of a single eligible evee Booking that meets the minimum total value (excluding additional fees, insurance charges or taxes) indicated in the referral invitation, accompanying promotional materials or evee website for that type of reservation.
evee Credit expires one year from when you receive it. Offer available while seats last. evee reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or reservations, if fraud, tampering, violations of these terms or evee’s Terms and Conditions or Payments Terms of Service, or technical errors are suspected. Void where prohibited. If your reservation later qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund you may receive is the amount you actually paid.
Multiple Referrals
A referred friend may only use one referral coupon code. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Users, only the User associated with the referral coupon code actually used by the referred friend will receive evee Credit.
The Program may not be combined with other evee referral programs or incentives.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
evee may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove evee Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the evee Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming evee Credits can change at any time.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the evee.com.au website, which is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
Where to find your referral code
To find your referral code, please first sign into your evee account and go to Account > Referrals.
How to use a coupon
Make sure you apply the coupon before you book, and keep in mind that if you cancel a reservation, the coupon can’t be used again.
To use your coupon:
- On the checkout page, click or tap Enter a coupon (below your payment method)
- Enter your coupon code
- Click or tap Apply
You can’t apply a coupon after you book.
Even customer support specialists can’t apply a current or expired coupon after you’ve booked a reservation (future or past).
Expiry dates can’t be adjusted
Once a coupon has expired, it’s not possible to extend the expiry date or to get a replacement coupon. Expired coupons can’t be used toward past reservations.
Limit one coupon per reservation
There’s no way to apply multiple coupons.
